In short

• This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• You don't need an account, and there are no forms that collect your personal details.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you.
• When you click through to Amazon, Pinterest or Etsy, their own privacy policies apply.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of this website is Grzegorz Koralewski, trading as KoraLoveDesigns, Poland. You can contact us through our shop on Etsy.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit a page, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare uses this information to deliver the website quickly and to protect it against attacks and abuse. To do this, Cloudflare may in some cases set a strictly necessary security cookie.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare stores these technical logs only for a short time, in line with its own retention policy.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they came from (for example a search engine or Pinterest). It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals, never individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Choosing your local Amazon store

To send you to the Amazon store for your country, a small script reads your browser's time zone and language setting and adjusts the "Buy on Amazon" links. This happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

Links to Amazon, Pinterest and Etsy

Our books are sold on Amazon. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" button you leave this website, and Amazon's privacy policy applies from that point. The "Save" buttons are plain links to Pinterest. We don't load any Pinterest code on our pages, so Pinterest only receives information if you click a button. The same applies to links to our Etsy shop.

Fonts and other resources

All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own website. We don't load fonts or other resources from Google or other third parties.

Data transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare operates servers worldwide and may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Because we don't collect data that identifies you, in most cases we hold no personal data about you at all. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add new features, such as a newsletter, we will update this policy and change the date at the top of this page.
