Felt Cow Pattern: Sleeping Cow in Bed
This cow is sound asleep under a yellow polka-dot quilt, with a little flower blooming on her blanket. A pink muzzle and brown felt horns make her even sweeter. Stitch her up and snuggle into all that cuteness.
What the finished toy looks like
A sleepy cow tucked into bed, with horns, a pink muzzle and brown patches. She's covered with a yellow polka-dot quilt with a lace edge and lies on a mint blanket with a flower. A sweet goodnight gift.
What you'll need
- Felt sheets in the colours shown in the photo (fabric, craft foam or coloured paper work too)
- Embroidery thread and a needle, or fabric glue if you'd rather not sew
- Small, sharp scissors
- A little toy stuffing for a softer finish (optional)
- Beads or buttons for details, if you like
How the templates work
The templates for Felt Cow Sleeping are printed in Volume 3, ready to cut out of the book. There is no need for a photocopier or printer. Every pattern is printed twice, so you can cut one set of templates and keep the other for later, or fix a mistake without starting over.
Inside you'll also find a photo of the finished toy and step-by-step instructions you can follow even if you have never sewn before.
